Happiness is only real when shared,
Because two heads are better than one and happiness is a state that needs to be compared,
Paired are the peas in a pod,
And so too is the happiness with which we trod,
Smiles as wide as the path before us,
For what is joy if not shared with those we trust.
Living is not an art but an experience we have with our surroundings,
As pressure mounts, we surmount; the flow is unending,
But in the moments when we are gay, the world around us is glowing,
No mirth is worth having if it cannot be had jointly and wholly.
Yours in perpetuity,
